Ahh, yes, now and again we get a call from someone who wants information on world famous menswear. Aside from Al being the good looking one on that billoard, there's no connection.

Canali Designs is Al and Liz Canali and a solid list of strategic partners that produce custom programming for databases, Content Management System (CMS) installations and social media advertising, printing and other areas that we feel are better handled by people more "expert" than us. Somewhere around here there are two diplomas from Southern Connecticut State University. They are still good, but not too many people (save for a few Owls) care when we got them or how.

Short version:

Liz Canali is the graphic designer. She transitioned seamlessly from jewelry design,  fiber and fine art into the digital age. Also, she is a former jewelry and weaving teacher at Northfield Mt. Hermon School in Northfield, Massachusetts.

Although starting out as an elementary teacher, Al Canali worked as announcer, promotions director, radio producer, production director, copywriter and sales rep for various radio stations for more than 15 years. Previous careers as freelance writer for newspapers and magazines provide solid media experience. "This is not computer stuff. It is media" is the phrase of choice when encountering people with digital phobias.

Al's experience running a number of small businesses give a solid perspective of what is needed to educate clients about how to promote their business without breaking the bank. A down to earth attitude also helps determine the lowest common denominator in getting client's message across and designing website funcionality.
